In today's vlog we head to Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom to see if we can find some things we've never noticed before around the park! We only made it about half way through the park so we'll for sure be making a part 2 of this video! Let us know if that's something you'd like to see in the comments down below! We also take a stroll on the Tree of Life garden trail, we take a closer look at the Tree of Life animal carvings and sculptures. There are over 320 animals carved into the tree and I feel like we could spend a whole week looking for them and not see them all. It was like a scavenger hunt! This is something that I don't do on a normal day at the park so it was nice to take time and soak in the magic of Animal Kingdom. I definitely recommend doing this on your next park visit if you haven't already. Then we take a look at the different murals and theming around the park. There's so much detail! It's amazing! I hope you enjoyed this closer look at the park as much as I did! Thank you for watching and we'll see you Thursday with a new vid!

  • 18:00 Uh oh Tim, all the bits of hay under the water is from hippo poo! Oops. There is a fun story about when the hippo was made. He was so heavy he asked to be given permission to stay in the water a lot of the time. He was told no because he was a danger to eating the fish. But he was a vegetarian so he said if he were allowed to stay in the water he would prove each time he went to the bathroom that he had not, for sure, eaten any fishies. So, if you ever see a hippo poo as they exit the water (search that on KGworld) you will see they flick their tail like a hummingbird's wings. They have some watery poop and it spreads out and sprays ALL OVER. Oh my! It is quite the experience to see in real life! Crah-zy. Fun story too.

  • Our very first visit to the Animal Kingdom was our last Disney vacation in 2018. We spent the entire first day just exploring the trails and all the details. I'd always been an EPCOT lover, but Animal Kingdom became my favorite Disney Park after that day, and we barely rode any rides! Thanks for posting this--it brought back wonderful memories. :)

The details there just amazing. The only thing that freaks me out is the random low flying birds; it’s personal fear.

Best Life & Beyond 1 hour ago Today Binky went to Heaven. 💔 As much as we didn’t want it, it was her time. She fought so hard, she was such a strong, sassy little girl. She gave us nothing but years of love and joy. We feel like our soul has been absolutely crushed. Thank you so much for everyone who helped us through and gave us support. I think I am going to leave it to annual pass holders! Get your money's worth! For overseas visitors this will be a TOTAL waste of money! We will come back one day but not anytime soon!

  • Thanks so much for this video Tim! I’m a decorative artist/faux finisher and the minute artistic details and scenic design is one of my favorite aspects of WDW. I rarely have enough time (or freedom since I’m always with family or friends) to devote time to slowly study the details like I would like to. So... this was seriously one of my favorite videos you’ve done! ❤️❤️👏👏
